Do Not Sell or Share / Targeted Ads Opt-Out

If applicable under your state law, you may direct us not to process personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or similar targeted advertising uses.
We recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC). When your browser sends a valid GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out signal for optional analytics/advertising tracking in that browser context.
You may also use the Cookie settings control on public pages to disable optional analytics at any time.
To submit a manual rights request, email jim@annahootz.com with subject line Do Not Sell or Share Request and include identifying details reasonably necessary for verification.
Where required by law, we will confirm receipt, verify your request, and respond within applicable statutory timelines. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf where legally permitted.
If your jurisdiction provides a right to appeal a denied request, include Appeal Privacy Request in your subject line.
Request checklist
- 1. Include your full name and contact email.
- 2. State the request type (opt-out / access / delete / correct).
- 3. Add relevant browser/device context for GPC or cookie issues.
- 4. If using an authorized agent, include authorization details.
